What we collect, what we don't, and your rights. Last updated October 2026.
AirportAGP (airportagp.com) is an independent travel guide to Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport. This page explains what information is collected when you use the site, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors read, in aggregate. It records anonymised usage data such as the pages viewed, the device and browser type, and the country of the visit. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Affiliate tracking. Some links on this site are affiliate links served through TravelPayouts (script loaded from tp-em.com). When you click one of these links, TravelPayouts may set a cookie or record a click identifier so a commission can be attributed if you go on to make a booking. No personal data you type on a partner's site is visible to us.
Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, via our form provider (Web3Forms). We use it only to reply to your message and never share it.
Advertising cookies (future). We plan to apply for Google AdSense. If approved, Google will use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. This section will be updated when advertising goes live.
What we don't collect
We do not run user accounts, newsletters or comment systems, so beyond the contact form we do not ask for personal details. The flight departure and arrival boards on this site are provided by a third-party widget (Avionio); we do not track individual flight searches.
Cookies
Cookies used on this site fall into three groups: analytics cookies (Google Analytics), affiliate cookies (TravelPayouts and its partners), and — once approved — advertising cookies (Google AdSense). You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; the site remains readable without them, though some interactive widgets may not function.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we collect no account data — only contact-form messages you choose to send — there is little held, but we honour every request. Write to our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example when advertising goes live — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
